Iranian agreement with Taleban to transport diplomats' bodies

Iranian sources confirmed to ArabicNews.com that Iran has signed an agreement with the Taleban's movement to transport the bodies of the nine Iranian diplomats who were killed in Mezar al-Sherif.

The source said the agreement will be implemented tonight with the arrival of an Iranian plane in Mezar al-Sherif to transport the bodies.

The source said the Iranian forces will react to the killing of the diplomats, as Brigadier General Abdolali Pourshasb, the leader of Iran's land forces, confirmed that the reprisal does not necessary mean a military campaign or an invasion.

Pourshasb added: "We are ready to implement the commands to perform any military action to defend ourselves."

Pourshasb added that the Iranian armed forces will strongly and strictly react to any hostile action, confirming at the same time that those who signed the agreement (Iran) are those who will fight in Afghanistan.
