The diplomats added that the Saudi crown prince who runs the Kingdom's affairs since the Saudi King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz had a stroke in 1995, will start his tour by the end of May and it will cover Brazil, Argentina and Venezuela, where he will take part in the forthcoming summit for OPEC ( Oil Petroleum Exporting Countries).   • Jordanian Minister of Waters and Irrigation Kamal Hadadin said that he received on Tuesday evening a telephone call from the Syrian minister of irrigation Taha al-Atrash in which the Syrian minister expressed Syria's understanding for the incident which caused the leakage of waste-waters into the Syrian territories into an area of 4.5 km inside Syria, causing heavy material losses.   • Esmat Abd El-Meguid, the Arab League's secretary general received two messages from Iraqi deputy prime minister Tarek Aziz and the Iraqi foreign minister Mohammed Saeed El-Sahaf in which they asked for the necessity to interfere and move to stop the flights of the U.S and U.K airplane and taking off from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Turkey for attacking the Iraqi lands. The two messages asked Abd El-Meguid to urge the Arab states to violate the international sanctions and expanding the cooperation with Iraq outside oil for food program, asking Abd El-Meguid to interfere to persuade the Arab and Islamic as well as the intimate countries - with Iraqi situation toward the security council's last resolution. Ghali asserted before a session in the Egyptian parliament yesterday evening under the chairmanship of Ahmed Fathi Serour - head of the parliament - that "no damages happened in the computers, clarifying that if any damages happened it would have occurred in the first hours yet all the computers are in an excellent condition."
