The Lebanese daily al-Lewa' issued on Saturday quoted well-informed Sources as saying that a ministerial reshuffle will take place very soon in Syria and that this change will be comprehensive and in the framework of the development and modernization campaign led by President Bashar al-Assad. The Qatari daily al-Watan said in a report to its correspondent in Damascus on Saturday that despite certain Syrian origins for " Osama Bin Laden," yet he could not establish any branch for his al-Qaeyda organization because the Syrian community by its nature is " secular" and shows great caution towards terrorist organizations. News reports in Damascus said that Damascus has shown some cooperation with efforts made by the US administration in its war against terrorism as the Syrian foreign ministry has investigated all Syrian banks on the existence of any bank accounts to persons and organizations the US administration believes they deal with al-Qayeda organization.
