Sudanese minister of Presidential affairs Lt. Gen. Abdul Rahim Muhammad Hassan has asserted continued Eritrea's military build up off the borders with Sudan. The Sudanese President Omar Hassan al-Bashir has held the leader of the opposition democratic national coalition Muhammad Othman al- Merghani responsible for the recent attack against the city of kasla.
