- A new party to be licensed in Jordan
Member of the follow up committee of the Social nationalist party in Jordan, Amer al- Tel, applied for the Jordanian authorities to get a license to this " national and secular party," calling for the foundation of Greater Syria and the unity of " Proper Syria " on national bases with Jordan to be its base and to include each of Syria, Jordan, Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq and Kuwait. The Jordanian king Abdullah II arrives today in Bahrain in a work visit during which he will hold talks with the ruler of Bahrain Sheikh Hamad Bin Issa al-Khaleifa dealing with conditions at the regional and international levels especially the deteriorated conditions in the occupied Palestinian territories as a result of the Israeli aggressions against the Palestinian people and means of supporting the Palestinian people as well as bilateral relations between the two countries.
