The US Middle East peace process coordinator, Dennis Ross, and US Assistant Secretary of State Martin Indyk will arrive in the Middle East on Friday to pave the way for the visit of US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright to the Middle East in her attempt to accelerate talks between Israel and the Palestinians.
AP quoted an American official as saying that Ross and Indyk will make talks with Palestinian and Israeli leaders. Albright will also visit Syria, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
