Pakistan denies Saudi attempt to own nuclear weapons

Pakistan announced on Friday that the reports published on the attempts made by Saudi Arabia to own nuclear weapons via it ( Pakistan) are baseless, just one day following the same denial made by Saudi Arabia.

A spokesman for the Pakistani foreign ministry said that his country will continue to abide by unilateral and unswerving commitment in not to transfer sensitive nuclear technology to any country.

The spokesman added in statements he made in Islamabad on Friday that the western media reports on the visit of the Saudi defense minister prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz to the Pakistani defiance firms are groundless.
