A delegation from the Arab League to Tripoli

A delegation from the Arab League will convey a message soon from Arab League Secretary-General Esmat Abdul Meguid to Libyan leader Moammar Gaddafi. The delegation will hold talks with Libyan officials on dealing with Tripoli's anger toward the AL's member states because of the AL resolution arrived at in its last session in September regarding Lokerbie, which was described by Libya as weak.
