forging Palestinian certificates of origin to export Israeli citron

The Palestinian Minister of Agriculture, Abdel Gawad Saleh, accused high officials in his ministry of forging certificates of origin which were used in exporting Israeli citron to Jordan and other Arab countries.

Saleh said that there is a deficiency in his relations with the undersecretary of his ministry, Dr. Azzam Tabila, and that he is facing problems with other high officials within his ministry. He added that the problem is that he could not refer those high officials to the Palestinian Public Prosecutor, a fact that forced him to take internal administrative measures against them within his capacity.
