Antonovich visits Lebanese leaders

Bellarussia's foreign minister Ivan Antonovitch visited Lebanon's leaders yesterday, part of his three-day trip to Lebanon. Antonovitch met with prime minister Rafik Hariri, after his visit to president Elias Hrawi and headed, then, to see speaker Nabih Berri. Their discussions centered around the relationships between the two countries. Antonovitch assured his country's support for the UN decree 425. He invited the prime minister for an official visit to Bellarussia.

Elsewhere, the Finnish Defense Minister Anneli Taina inspected her country's battalion of UNIFIL peacekeeping troops and paid her respects at the martyr's memorial in Qana.
