Letter to Qathafi from the Chinese president

The Libyan Leader Muammar al-Qathafi received on Saturday, the deputy Foreign Minister of the People's Republic of China, Liu Tseng, the personal envoy of the Chinese President, Hu Jintao, "who handed him a letter from President, Jintao, in response to the letter that the Leader has sent to him concerning the issue of reforming the United Nations and enlarging the Security Council, since China is one of the current permanent members of the Security Council, JANA reported.
