De Mitsura deplores the Israeli air violations of South Lebanon

The Personal Envoy for the UN Secretary General to Lebanon, Stefan De Mitsura, on Monday condemned the Israeli planes' violations of the Lebanese airspace. "The UN expresses deep annoyance over the Israeli planes' violations of the Lebanese borders with occupied Palestine today where the number of violations reached to ten," a statement for the UN media office in Beirut said.

The statement stressed that such practices do nothing except increase the escalation along the borders and would hinder the exerted efforts to preserve an atmosphere of stability.
