IAAE: Syria has not violated its commitments

With the escalated American accusations against Syria of having mass destruction weapons, the International Agency for Atomic Energy IAAE said yesterday that it does not have information indicating that Syria had violated its obligations prevent nuclear proliferation.

The US Under Secretary Of State for armament affairs, John Bolton, has raised the issue of banned weapons in his testimony before the US congress on Wednesday in the context of discussing the "Syria accountability act."
