Rice: We remind the Syrians that they have obligations

US National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice said on Tuesday "we still have several problems with Syria. We got some cooperation in closing the border before Iraqi figures who tried to get out of Iraq by the end of the war." But she added "we remind the Syrians that they have obligations for their borders not to be used for terrorists' transit and they have also obligations to disclose anything they make in the field relating to mass destruction weapons."
