A Lebanese held by the American police

The American police has accused a Lebanese man of carrying a false American nationality and weapons in Portland, Oregon.

News reports quoted Marc Crocker, the commander of the police as saying in a statement on Tuesday that a 39 year old has been detained since October 24 when the police found with him a small arsenal of weapon, USD 20,000, an agenda with a red circle around the date of September 11th and several false cards including insurance cards, a credit card and a green card.

A spokesman for the police said that the authorities have not officially linked between Khaled and the attacks against New York and Washington or any other terrorist acts.
