On Usbat al-Ansar

The Lebanese daily al-Sharq said in its Monday's issue that it had learnt from well-informed sources that the Lebanese authorities are searching for supply sources of " Usbat al-Ansar group and the Lebanese security forces arrested several traders suspected to run special project for the Usbat al-Ansar group in Sidon."

The paper explained quoting the same sources that tobacco trader and an oil station director were arrested for these reasons but no evidence was found on official financial links in the Lebanese banks to the said Usbat al-Ansar group.
