Shebaa farms liberation contingent

An unidentified organization calling itself "the Shebaa farms liberation contingent " on Tuesday announced its responsibility for the attack that took place last Friday night in South Lebanon against Shebaa farms area in which one armed man was killed.

In a printed statement that does not bear any signature, the organization said it has just started armed work and that it extends greetings to the Lebanese President Emil Lahoud and to " our brave army for standing with the resistance."

The statement also stressed the organization's stand with all honest militants in the national and Islamic parties and forces " especially our brothers in the Hizbullah party and the Amal movement in order to liberate every inch of the Lebanese territories."

The statement extended greetings to the Palestinian uprising and appealed the Almighty God to ensure " victory for our people in Palestine against the enemies of the God and Humanity."
