The Oujda court of appeal on Wednesday sentenced two murderers to capital punishment after they were found guilty of killing a child. J. Mimoun, 41, and his cousin J. Rabah, 36, were declared guilty of kidnapping, sequestering and killing a young boy, Hamza, last January.
