Algerian crisis over said Zeroual

Algerian leader Liamine Zeroual, declaring his state's political crisis was over after the local ballot on October 23, said on Algerian T.V broadcast speech there would be no dialogue with the radical Islamic Salvation Front (FIS).
"I reiterate once again that the chapter of the outlawed party was closed, closed definitively," he said, referring to the FIS.
Zeroual said, "In the future, national dialogue will not take place outside the framework of the institutions grouping those who have adopted the principles of democracy," Al Ahram daily said today November 4.
