A minute of meetings of the economic cooperation agreement between Libya and Germany was signed in Tripoli on Tuesday evening. It was signed by the chairman of the federation of the Libyan chambers of trade, commerce and agriculture, Abdullah al-Baroudi, and the chairman of the Arab-German chamber of commerce and industry. Youssoufi deemed it "impossible" to promote economic relations without an air connection between Morocco and Libya.
