Talks between Syria and Israel to open on Wednesday, by Clinton

It was announced on Friday in Washington that US President Bill Clinton will open talks between Syria and Israel next Wednesday in the White House from the point they left off. Clinton will monitor closely the proceedings of these talks aiming at reaching a land-for peace agreement.
