AL welcomes Syrian - Israeli negotiations

The Arab League welcomed the statement of US President Bill Clinton that talks between Syria and Israel will restart next week and considered it a serious step that required absolute neutrality in order to achieve a just and comprehensive peace that will be accepted by the Arab states.
