US - Palestinian summit soon

Palestinian Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Nabil Shaath said today that Palestinian President Yasser Arafat intends to meet with US President Bill Clinton to discuss the issues obstructing peace talks with Israel.

Palestinian sources said the final status negotiations will resume on Monday between the Palestinians and the Israelis and will focus on discussing the topic of refugees.
