Moroccan music and sport stars made UNICEF honorary ambassadors
Moroccan athletics world champ, Hicham El-Guerrouj, former Olympic champ and member of the International Olympic Committee, Nawal El-Moutawakkil, and renowned singer Rajae Belmlih have been proposed to be made UNICEF's honorary ambassadors in Morocco.
El Guerrouj has already agreed to be associated to UNICEF action geared towards improving the living conditions of children in Morocco and in the world.
The three Moroccan candidates will be officially named by UNICEF regional director Ibrahima Fall next November 20, the date of celebrating the tenth anniversary of the adoption of the UN child rights convention.
