Iranian president to visit France

The Iranian Foreign Ministry stressed that the date for the visit Iranian President Muhammad Khatami intends to make to France has not been set. In a statement, a spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry said the two countries are discussing "the timing of this visit."

Banking sources in Paris said last Thursday that it was, in principle, agreed that Khatami's visit to France will be made on October 26 and 27, but no final time was established for the visit.
