Italian minister of trade to Egypt next month

Within the framework of activating commercial relations between Egypt and Italy, Italian Minister of Foreign Trade Pirro Fassino is due to visit Cairo in October 99 on the top of a high-powered commercial delegation that includes a group of businessmen.

The visit of the Italian minister to Egypt comes in reply to the formal visit by Egyptian Minister of Trade and Supply Ahmed El-Goweili to Italy, during which five important cooperation agreements were signed between 10 Egyptian and Italian industrial and commercial corporations.

The 10 agreements dealt with medium-sized and small industries.
