New Lebanese complaints filed against Israel
Lebanon on Sunday filed a new complaint to the April Understanding Monitoring Committee.
Sources from the Lebanese delegation to the meetings of the committee said the new complaint is over the firing of Israeli rockets on Sunday against the Lebanese town of Qibriha. The bombardment resulted in destroying one house while three civilians were wounded including a young girl under 10.
Lebanon had already filed two complaints to the April Understanding Monitoring Committee on the Israeli raids against al-Assi valley in al-Hermel to the north east of Lebanon and about the shelling al-Mansouri town in the western sector of the south, which resulted in wounding four Lebanese civilians.
The April Understanding monitoring committee will meet next Tuesday in the Lebanese border town of al-Naqoura.
