Hilary Clinton in Morocco end of June
U.S first lady, Hilary Rodham Clinton, will visit Morocco end of next June, the US Agency for International Development (USAID) announced on Wednesday. Ms. Clinton will visit the city of Fez (spiritual capital of Morocco) and Ifrane, where she will preside over the graduation ceremony at the Al-Akhawayne University, Robert Randolph, USAID assistant administrator said during a meeting in Washington with visiting Moroccan agriculture and fisheries minister, Habib Malki, MAP reported.
Hilary Clinton visited Morocco end of last March, within the frame of a north-African tour that led her to Egypt and Tunisia. A scheduled trip to Fes and Ifrane was canceled as heavy fog prevented Hilary's plane from landing in Fes.
While in Morocco, the First Lady was received by King Hassan II.
