More victims of acts of violence in Algeria

The Algerian daily al-Khabar said on Wednesday that one person was killed and another four were wounded following two bomb explosions in al-Hasasenah area in Saida province, 437 km from the capital Algiers.

The paper said that the Armed Islamic Group killed one pregnant woman by shooting her, while other two people were wounded in al-Zubereyah town in Medea province.

For its part, "Sawt al-Ahrar" daily said that one citizen was killed when a land mine went off in El Bayadh, province, 635 km from the capital.

Meanwhile, the Algerian daily al-Youm said that Algerian security forces killed five armed men in Sidi Bu Abbas province, 425 km from the capital, Algiers.
