Some 140 operations carried out by Lebanese resistance in March
The Lebanese resistance has announced that it carried out some 140 attacks against the Israeli occupation and its allied militia's positions and patrols.
Meanwhile, news reports from south Lebanon said that 75 Israeli bulldozers started to construct ring-roads inside the occupied part of south Lebanon in an attempt to limit the explosives and ambushes planted by the Lebanese resistance men against the occupation troops.
The Lebanese security sources added that some 24 Israeli bulldozers entered the occupied part of south Lebanon during the past 24 hours to join another 50 to construct cordoning roads in the western, central and eastern sectors of south Lebanon.
The sources added that these bulldozers are working under tough security measures carried out by the occupation forces and the Israeli-allied South Lebanon Army militia.
The sources asserted that constructing such roads will not impede or limit the operations carried out by the Lebanese resistance against the occupation forces.
Meanwhile, the Lebanese resistance announced that it carried out on Thursday afternoon a series of operations against the Israeli forces in the occupied part of south Lebanon.
In a statement, the Lebanese resistance said one of its groups attacked the Beer Klab position using machine guns and rockets. Direct hits were achieved.
The statement added that another Lebanese resistance group attacked an Israeli patrol in Kassaret al-Aroush and direct hits were achieved.
A third resistance group attacked an Israeli patrol which tried to support the Beer Klab position, using machine guns and rockets. Direct hits were scored.
The Lebanese resistance operations witnessed a notable increase in the past month. In March some 140 operations were carried out against the Israeli forces, thereby the number of operations for the first quarter of the current year reached 515.
The monthly report issued by the Lebanese resistance on Thursday said that during March six Israeli soldiers and five SLA militia members were hit. The number of Israelis killed during this year totalled 8, and another 22 were reported as wounded, while four SLA soldiers were killed and another 13 were wounded.
