A well-informed source in Doha described the visit as that of "friendship and cooperation," adding that it aims at "encouraging Qatar's investment in Lebanon, discussions on economic conditions and means of fostering cooperation in economic fields."
The sources indicated the developed ties between Lebanon and Qatar, adding that, "The Qataris were the first who went to Lebanon in the 1950s and established good relations there." The sources indicated that some 3,000 Lebanese are working in Qatar and taking part in its development march.
After his two-day visit to Qatar, Moss will head for the United Arab Emirates.
