Sharon reiterates rejection to EU position towards Jerusalem

Israeli Foreign Minister Ariel Sharon on Tuesday summoned the ambassadors of the European states accredited in Tel Aviv to stress to them once again his government's rejection of the letter of the EU which stressed that Jerusalem is for the Arabs and the EU will not admit that Jerusalem falls under the Israeli sovereignty.

Israel Radio said that Sharon was to concentrate on the position of the city of Jerusalem for Israel and the reasons behind Israel's rejection of the EU message.
