Iranian foreign minister in Libya

Iranian Foreign Minister Kamal Kharazi arrived in Libya yesterday for his first visit to Tripoli since March 1997. Iranian diplomatic sources said Kharazi is to hold talks with Libyan officials regarding bilateral ties between the two countries and issues of joint concern.
