Killing 46 Algerian terrorists

An Algerian source told ArabicNews.com today that security forces and the Algerian Army have killed 46 terrorists in a operations in Bouira and Relizane and recovered weapons the terrorists took in the traps they set for Algerian soldiers.

More than 400 soldiers using helicopters and defense planes attacked the east of the Algerian capital in the mountain at Bouira region and killed 40 terrorists.

In another operation, Algerian security forces shot four extremists in Salam Valley in Relizane, west of the capital.

The Algerian minister of health visited the region yesterday in which four soldiers were killed at the hands of the Armed Islamic Group and during the process begun ten days before, the security forces detained five terrorists and liberated seven women who were kidnapped by the GIA.
