Prince Bandar to mediate in Lockerbie incident

Diplomats at the United Nations said that the Saudi Arabia's ambassador to the United States, Prince Bandar Bin Sultan, intends to visit Libya in order to mediate in the Lockerbie incident. Last week Prince Bandar asked the sanctions committee at the UN Security Council for a permit to fly to Tripoli, Libya on January 5.
