Algerian Hamas movement nominate its chief

Algerian Peaceful Society Movement (Hamas) decided today to form an organization to nominate its leader Sheikh Mahfouz Nahnah in the Algerian presidential election that will be held next April. The proposed organization would follow up on the election process and set up the electoral program, as well as prepare the election campaign.

The movement's leadership demanded honest and free presidential elections to give candidates equal chances and serve the system of constitutional political multiplicity and democratic practices.
