Kuwait was dragged into strikes on Iraq, Kuwaiti minister says

Kuwait's first Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad said that his country was dragged into being involved in the US-British military strike on Iraq. In a telephone call with the London-based " al-Sharq al-Awsat" daily issued on Tuesday, the Kuwaiti FM added that Kuwait is not a side in the current events, "but we have been dragged to be involved and this is a conspiracy that we have strongly refused."
