Four gunmen killed in Algeria

Algerian security forces on Sunday killed four gunmen in al-Habir district in Chlef province, eastern Algeria. Algerian dailies published on Monday said that the four gunmen had been planning to launch aggressions during the holy month of Ramadan.

An Algerian source told ArabicNews.com today that the security forces are continuing to pursue six other members of the group that were besieged in area.
