Libyan, Malawian presidents discuss African issues

A telephone call was made on Wednesday between President Moammar Gaddafi and the president of the Republic of Malawi, Dr. Bakili Muluzi.

The two Presidents discussed current African issues, foremost being the conflict in the Great Lakes region. Gaddafi is the coordinator of the peace process in the area.
