Lebanese resistance forces attack 11 Israeli positions

Israeli attacks continued against Lebanese towns and villages liberated from the Israeli occupation. The Israeli artillery bombardment against these areas resulted in heavy material losses.

Meanwhile, Lebanese resistance forces retaliated with a series of attacks against occupation positions. Direct hits were achieved.

Lebanese security sources said that Israeli artillery bombarded on Sunday morning al-Zaatar mountain, Eital al-Jabal, Tabnin, Wadi al-Qeseyeh, Barachit, Safad al-Batteikh, al-Jimijmeh and Majdal Soloum. The bombardment was intensified to cover al-Daher mountain, and the woods of al-Qatrani and al-Sarira in the Western Bekaa, whereas the occupation artillery targeted populated houses in al-Zaatar mountain, Haris Serbin, and Hadatha public road and the outskirts of Eita al-Jabal and Barachit.

For its part, the Lebanese resistance retaliated to the Israeli aggressions with a series of 11 operations against the occupation troops. In a statement, the Lebanese resistance said one of its groups attacked an Israeli position adjacent to the Lebanese - Israeli borders, while another group attacked the occupation position in Mashroun and a third group attacked an Israeli position in al-Qantara.
