US expressed satisfaction over settling crisis between Syria, Turkey

The US has expressed great satisfaction with settling the crisis between Syria and Turkey by peaceful means The Turkish daily Aksham issued on Wednesday said the American satisfaction was expressed in the message the Turkish Premier Mesout Yelmas received from the US President Bill Clinton.

The paper explained that Clinton's message stressed that Turkey is an indispensable ally for the US and that there is co-operation between the two countries on several issues. The message also expressed the US conviction that Turkey will take positive steps towards human rights causes.
