Saudi King: Crown Prince Abdullah embodies the Arabs' sincere quest for a just peace
Saudi Arabia has reiterated the importance of resuming talks on the Syrian and Lebanese peace tracks, which were deadlocked due to Israel's procrastination and its incessant placing of obstacles in the path of the Middle East peace process.
Riyadh called for the implementation of UN resolution 425, providing for Israel's unconditional pullout from Lebanon.
King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz presided over a Cabinet session on Monday to review the outcome of Crown Prince Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz's recent tour covering Britain, France, the US, China, Japan, South Korea and Pakistan.
King Fahd described the outcome of the visit as positive on the level of enhancing ties between Saudi Arabia and those states and of supporting just causes of the Arab and Muslim nations, especially the cause of Palestine and the occupied Holy City of Jerusalem.
The Saudi King said Crown Prince Abdullah had embodied the Arabs' sincere quest for a just and comprehensive Middle East peace based on legitimacy resolutions and away from the policy of double-standards.
