Qatari foreign minister: Our relationship with Israel is halted

Qatari Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad Bin Jasem Bin al-Thani announced yesterday that relations between Qatar with Israel are halted, pointing out that this does not mean that the relations are completely cut off.

Concerning those who organized a medical conference in Doha, who prevented Israelis from attending, Sheikh Hamad said the conference is not related or committed to the government, thus Qatar cannot oblige anybody on Israel's participation or not, because Qatar's policy is not like that.
