Tunisia's president to pay official visit to rabat shortly

President Zine el-Abidine Benali will shortly pay an official visit to Morocco at the invitation of King hassan II, reported the arab international Daily, "Al Hayat."

President Benali visited Morocco in 1989 on the occasion of the setting up of the Arab Maghreb Union (UMA), that includes besides Morocco and Tunisia, Algeria, Libya and Mauritania, and in 1993 for the UMA summit.

The royal invitation was extended to President Benali by Moroccan premier Abderrahmane Youssoufi during his visit to Tunisia last July, the daily said quoting a Moroccan official.
