British defense secretary in Kuwait tomorrow

British Defense Secretary George Robertson will starting a visit to Kuwait on Tuesday to hold talks with his Kuwaiti counterpart, Salem al-Sabah, and other Kuwaiti ministers.

Robertson is holding talks concerning issues of common concern. He will also visit the British forces that have been stationed in the "Ali Salem" air base in western Kuwait since the end of the 1990 Gulf War.
