European - Mediterranean partnership conference

The Egyptian Industrial Union announced today in a press statement that a conference for European - Mediterranean partnership regarding technology transfer will be held in Alexandria in June with the participation of 1,400 Egyptian and foreign companies, including 800 European companies, 200 Mediterranean companies in addition to 21 fronts and organizations as sponsors to finance this conference.

Ahmed Ez, deputy leader of the industrial union and the head of the supervisory committee on organizing the conference, said that the privatization experiences in Egypt will be presented as well as convening meetings with major European investors to discuss many issues relating to technology transfer.
