Israel comments on Syria's statements to study Turkish threats

Israeli radio today said that Syria, commenting on Turkish threats, has announced that it studies carefully all official statements made by high-ranking officials in Turkey during the recent days and hours concerning bilateral relations between the two countries. This Syrian position was expressed via the Syrian official news agency, SANA, that Damascus is not weak, and able to defend itself. It is, eventually, open to any serious dialogue with Turkey, but with the condition that the Ankara government act with sincere intentions. Those rulers should start with abrogating their alliance with Israel, the media sources said.
