Middle East manager at British foreign office to start Egypt visit Saturday

Christopher Ranter the manager of the Middle East and North African department in the British foreign office will arrive on coming Saturday for a three-day visit to Egypt, in which he will meet with ambassador Fathi El-Shazeli, the assistant Egyptian foreign minister for European affairs.

El-Shazeli said the talks will focus on the two countries' perceptions of regional and international issues of common interest as well as exchanging points of view concerning Euro - Mediterranean cooperation and bilateral relations between the two countries.
