The continuation of Israel's refusal for Qaddoumi return to Palestine.

Jamil al-Tarifi the minister of the Palestinian civil affairs, confirmed yesterday the continuation of the Israeli government's refusal to allow the return of Farouk Qaddoumi, the chairman of the political department of the Palestinian Liberation Organization, to Palestine.

Tarifi added that Israeli agreed only on the return of Mohammed Ghoniem, a member of the central committee of the Fatah movement, and it has not yet reply on the request for Qaddoumi's return.

Qaddoumi said that he will not agree to come back to Palestine while it is still under occupation.
