Egypt supports Algeria

Egypt renewed support for Algeria in its fight against terrorism. The renewed support was voiced by President Mubarak during a telephone conversation with Algerian President Liamine Zeroual of Algeria last Thursday.

The Egyptian president informed President Zeroual of Egypt's opposition of all foreign bids to interfere in Algeria's internal affairs and expressed confidence in the north African country's ability to weather bad times.
